is registered with the environment agency allowing us to recycle
your redundant computer equipment.
collections are available to all home users. We collect throughout
the whole of England and most parts of Scotland.
areas we do not cover are the Scottish Highlands (IV3–IV40,
IV52–IV54, IV63, KW1–KW14, PA20–PA40, PH19–PH40,
PH50). Scottish Islands (All HS, IV41–IV51, IV55–IV56,
KA27-KA28, KW15–KW17, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH41-PH44,
is a fixed price for collection set at £14.75 this includes
collection of all your redundant computer equipment, professional
data destruction ensuring all your personal information is
permanently deleted and recycling in line with the WEEE Directive.
you have completed the Household
Collection Form you can either pay by Paypal account or
by Credit/Debit card. When this has been processed we will
book your collection, on your specified collection date. You
will receive an email from us in advance of your collection
date with a return address label. Please print this out and
attach this to your parcel/s. Collection will be by courier
on the date you specified on the collection form.

the equipment arrives back at our premises it is then audited.
All traces of origin including tags, logos, labels, stickers
and identification marks are removed. The data on the hard
drive is destroyed. ComputeUK uses software that permanently
deletes all of the personal, confidential and critical data
on your hard drive.

collections can only be arranged via our Household
Collection Form. Upon completion of the collection form
we will email you confirmation in advance of your collection

We aim to respond within 2 hours of receiving your email.

us to. Collections are available 5 days a week, Monday-Friday
excluding Bank Holidays.
